Dr. Yang Xu, MD
Internal Medicine

Dr. Yang Xu was born in Shanghai, China and moved here with his parents at the age of 9. He grew up right here in Hot Springs, AR and attended the prestigious Arkansas School for Mathematics and Sciences. He went on to UCA and then medical school and residency in Internal medicine at UAMS. He is interested in Geriatrics and diagnostic medicine. 

Dr. Christine Lai, MD
Internal Medicine

Dr Christine Lai was born in Malaysia and came to the US via Fort Smith Arkansas.  She attended college at UCDavis in California where she got her BS.  She attended The University of Arkansas Medical Sciences and went on to residency of Internal Medicine. She met her husband, Dr. Yang Xu while in medical school. She came to practice medicine here at Hot Spring, AR  since 2010.  She is interested in geriatrics and female health.

Dr. Ann Xu, MD
Internal Medicine

Dr. Ann Xu graduated magna cum laude from Rice University in Houston, Texas. She subsequently earned her Doctor of Medicine degree with honors and completed her internal medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine. Afterwards, Dr. Xu served as an assistant professor of internal medicine at Baylor College of Medicine.

Her roots in Hot Springs run deep, as she graduated from Lakeside High School and the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts. Dr. Xu chose to return to her hometown to provide care to her beloved community and to be closer to her family. Her interests in medicine include chronic disease management and women’s health.

Dr. Xu’s interests extend beyond medicine. When she’s not caring for patients, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, whether it’s experimenting on new recipes in the kitchen, tending to her garden, or casting a line while fishing. She looks forward to continuing her service to the community and raising her family in Hot Springs.
